Assortment distributions

Assortment distributions

Each assortment distribution is defined by the minimum diameter at which it is viable (the basal-area-weighted mean DBH of the stand in cm). Each log class is then assigned a proportion of total standing volume (percent) and the value for each cubicmeter of wood in the class. The proportion not assigned to any log class is assumed to be waste.
